1. General Terms

By using ATC Trading Co. and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance payment may be required for order confirmation.
  • Our team will share payment details after order placement.
  • Customers can also choose 100% advance payment, which may qualify for benefits such as discounted or free delivery on eligible orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
  • We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible for a smooth customer experience.

Warranty Information

  • Products covered under warranty must follow the terms mentioned in our Warranty Policy.
  • Warranty claims are only accepted for manufacturing faults.
  • Damage caused by misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair attempts is not covered.
  • To initiate a claim, customers must submit a Warranty Claim Form.
  • Claims are reviewed within 3–5 working days.

2. Order Confirmation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and reduce fake or unverified orders:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details.
  • A partial advance or delivery fee may be required for low-value COD orders.
  • Once an advance payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • ATC Trading Co. is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

3. Replacement & Refund Policy

  • We follow a replacement-only policy for most products.
  • Returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated.
  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • A replacement is not available, or
    • ATC Trading Co. is unable to fulfill the order.
  • Approved claims must be returned:
    • In original packaging
    • Properly secured to avoid damage
    • Either via courier or dropped at our service center

4. Product Availability & Fulfillment

  • Product availability is updated regularly but may change without notice.
  • Items may become unavailable due to supplier issues or stock limitations.

Fulfillment Ratio

  • 70%–100%: High availability, fast dispatch expected
  • 40%–70%: Depends on supplier stock; refunds issued if not fulfilled
  • Below this range: order may be cancelled with full refund

Reasons Orders May Not Be Fulfilled

  • Out of stock or discontinued items
  • Quality check failure
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Logistics or delivery limitations
  • Incorrect address or undeliverable location

  • Provide a proper unboxing video (single continuous clip) for warranty claims.
  • Test products before installation.
  • Follow warranty instructions carefully.
  • Securely pack items when returning for replacement.
